Infosys is a software company based in India. It has an all-in-one training facility in the outskirts of Mysore, Karnataka, India, where in only their employees are allowed.

With a special permission I got to get there. I was overwhelmed by the sights. It’s nowhere near to a work-place or training facility rather it was like a fun-filled college. Trainees mandatory have to board on the campus itself. I visited their rooms. Nothing less to a 3-star boutique hotel! They have a multiplex cinema facility with word-class quality. Mind you…tickets are given for free!

At the food court you have numerous cuisines of which selection itself takes more time than eating. The food courts seem to be decent restaurants.

In the evening, I came sounds made by flocks of black-color birds. It is as if a sweet melody is played live. There are nearly 5000 cycles parked in every nook and corner of the campus. You can take one and just go about in cool weather at nights.

Just a spec of what I saw I said. In capsule, I felt why is the company showing them heaven by paying them!

We earn money, save some them, pile them up for years. After this, we try to invest in a property. Our trail would obviously be successful; thanks to the real-estate firms!

Is it obvious that your property pays you returns? What is the parameter to check if it will run you into fortune?

Private Restrictions on real estate limit the land development. Some private restrictions are liens, easements, profit a pendre, adverse possession, encroachment and CCR's (covenants, conditions and restrictions).

Let's Go Green!

Concern of the hour is our environment. Construction (in the conventional way) also deteriorates it. Can we take a turn into the green woods?

Bamboo can be widely grown in a very short period of time and that too without much weather specifications. It's characteristics help it to be used in construction of homes, cabins, bathrooms, hang-out places, resorts etc. Because it has many things in our favor don't  deem it to be be inferior in quality. It is more stronger than wood and many other alternatives of RCC. Because of all these don't think of it as a costly material. As it can grown easily, any demand it has can be met. So, it is cheap and readily available.And now, don't  think it's aesthetic look isn't  good enough. It's look is very pleasing to the yes and our facility can be design in whatever way we want.

Is not felling of bamboo deteriorating our environment?  Definitely not. Because, biologically, bamboo is a type of weed!

Added Value for Value

We may have an ancestral home that has lost its grace or a house that you don’t want anymore, whatsoever. With simple things we do, we can enhance the worthiness of the house so that we can earn more bucks when sold. Some simple steps that can be done before you put it for sale are as follows:

1. Paint your home with colors that are appealing.
2. The small garden that you have for namesake can be made beautiful with more colorful flowers.
3. Setup a small swing that can accommodate one’s weekend reading.
4. We can equip the portico with good furniture so that it can serve as a hang-out place.
5. Install a small fountain which isn't sophisticated. It enhances the beauty.
6. Small facilities like a bath tub will add value.

Above said may incur you a little cost. Think how better the home would be. The cost incurred may be compensated with more selling-price.

Real estate business is largely influenced by just speculations not real matters.

A state in India got divided into two; Andhra Pradesh, Telangana. Now, Vijayawada, a city in Andhra Pradesh region, is declared as the capital of the state. Even before declaring the capital, there were speculations of the same. The government of the state had two or three options at hand. There is equal probability of the choices becoming capital. Even though there is an equal probability, the cost of property in Vijayawada increased by numerous times. See how virtual it is! Benefit of doubt got looted. Every one tended to invest in that region. Large money got accumulated in the properties of Vijayawada.

Four Hundred Years of Construction!

City Palace, Udaipur, is a complex with many palaces in it. Construction of this palace was done for over four hundred years, though in parts. The interesting part is that the king used to live in different palaces in the complex at different times in a year depending up on the seasons.

The palace in the middle of a lake, where the king lived in summers, is now transformed in a luxury hotel by the Taj group. This luxury hotel is completely booked for the coming year or two. That means you can live in a palace without even ruling a kingdom! Though the damage that can happen to your pockets should be taken care of. This complex is now hired even for movie shootings, engagements, marriages etc.

Well, one palace has a naturally growing tree on the top floor!
